Shelbourne Development is delighted to announce the opening of central Dublin’s first Costa Coffee outlet at 13-17 Dawson Street on the corner of Dawson Street and Molesworth Street.
Located at the centre of Dublin’s café culture and adjacent to the city’s premier shopping thoroughfare at Grafton Street, the new Costa Coffee outlet occupies a prime street-level position extending to 221 square metres and is expected to benefit from increased footfall as a result of the planned LUAS route along Dawson Street.
