February 2009: Shelbourne Development has announced the appointment of Richard Moyles to its Board of Directors. In his new role as Director of Development, Richard will assume responsibility for driving the evaluation of new projects, acquisitions and investments.
Richard has been a senior executive with Shelbourne Development for 5 years, having previously worked within the development team where he was responsible for site assembly, development appraisal, disposals and active asset management.
Prior to joining Shelbourne Development Group in 2004, he was an Investment Surveyor at Lisney Auctioneers & Estate Agents where he worked with senior management, advising on acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, valuations and development appraisals.
