Shelbourne Development today announced that their landmark building at 46 St. Stephen's Green is now fully let. Comgest Asset Management Limited have signed a lease to occupy the third floor which spans over 264 square metres (2,842 square feet).
Comgest was founded in 1985 and has entities in Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo and manage approximately €11.7 billion worth of assets. Comgest employ over 73 people globally.
Shelbourne Development acquired 46 St. Stephen's Green which is on the corner of Hume Street and St. Stephen's Green in Dublin's City Centre in December 2007 and began carrying out extensive refurbishment of the building. The landmark Georgian building, which extends to 1,594.34 square metres (17,162 square feet), occupies a prime corner site adjacent to both the previous IIB and Barclay's Bank offices.
Other tenants in the building include Housing Finance Agency, MCAP Aviation and Premium Point Europe Limited.
