Shelbourne Development today announced a new tenant for their landmark building at 13-17 Dawson Street. Virtu Financial have signed a lease to occupy 168 square metres (1,808 square feet) of the first floor.
Virtu Financial is an automated market making firm that employs advanced proprietary technologies to trade on electronically accessible financial exchanges and market centers.
Shelbourne Development acquired 13-17 Dawson Street in an off market transaction. The building which is on the corner of Molesworth Street and Dawson Street and spans c. 4,200 square metres (45,208 square feet).
Other tenants in the building include Voluntary Services Overseas, Allied Risk Management, Centaur Fund Services and Conning Asset Management.
