Eden House was acquired in 2005 and is located overlooking the River Liffey in Dublin’s city centre. The current building is a four storey modern office block with a Georgian façade and has extensive re-development potential. The site is located adjacent to 3 of the City’s key transport nodes: Tara Street commuter and main line rail station, the proposed Metro North station under O’Connell Bridge and the proposed Luas light rail connector. A new bridge connecting Eden Quay to Burgh Quay on the south-side of the River Liffey is also planned.
