The development comprises three buildings which were originally purchased from Swedish developers GM Construction and were sold on as an investment by Shelbourne Development in March 2008.
The first building is a refurbished original art deco mansion house, Orban House, designed by prestigious Belgian architect J.P. Cluysenaer. Orban House shares an entrance with a Belgian Townhouse. These two buildings are linked to a third contemporary office building 14 Rue de la Science by a glazed atrium. Together, the development comprises of 11,400 sq.m of office space with floor plates ranging from 354 sq.m to 704 sq.m.
The properties are located in the Leopold district on the eastern side of the city of Brussels. This area is the epicentre of the business and political world in Brussels as it is home to many of foreign embassies and European Institutions including the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Council of Ministers and NATO.
