Shelbourne Development assembled this prime development site over 2005 and 2006. The site represents an outstanding opportunity to transform a tired area of this popular and affluent suburb of Dublin. The site is located across the street from the Luas light rail station. Ranelagh Village is located 2km from the heart of Dublin’s CBD and is one of the most highly desired locations to live in Dublin. However, although the village is affluent and thriving, it lacks destination retail.
